Our swinging Artist JON HAMMOND and his Funk Unit got the recent NAMM EXPO underway in Anaheim California, with a rousing set to open the show on the ADJ Arena Plaza Stage. Playing his trusty Sk-1 (which has seen duty all over the World in Jon’s continuing travels as one of our greatest ambassadors) with support from longtime guitarist Joe Berger, Percussionist Chuggy Carter, and Drummer Ronnie Smith; Jon drew a large crowd of folks on their way into the hall. The sound from the stage was piped all over the Convention Campus, so the Hammond Soul set the good mood for all the Music Business professionals and Artists attending the Expo. What better way to reboot the NAMM, than the great funky sounds of the Jon Hammond Funk Unit!
