Jon, seen here playing the XK Pro system swung like a beast as always, and Joe's nimble chops showed that the G27 Guitar Leslie makes a fine Jazz Guitar amp. The crowd that gathered bopped and boogied to the groove-who needed a drummer? Not these guys!! Jon Hammond has brought a touch of New York soul to the Musikmesse Trade show in Frankfurt, Germany with an all-star band. This year was no exception, and joining Jon and his Hammond XK-1 on the stand was Giovanni Gulino on drums, Tony Lakatos on tenor saxophone, and Jon's long-time guitarist Joe Berger. The event was the Musikmesse Warm Up Party at the Jazzkeller in Frankfurt. Here are a couple of videos from the date. We think they got it wrong--this ain't "Warm", it's RED HOT!!

The Halliburton pilot case with all the stickers has flown with Jon all around the world many times, including on Air France Concorde first trip to Paris France when Jon flew from JFK to CDG in 3 hours and 26 minutes at Mach II twice the speed of sound.
