First segment filmed in Hamburg at Auster Bar, Jon Hammond with the legendary Ndr Horn Section of the late great Lutz Büchner tenor saxophone, Fiete Felsch alto sax, Michael Leuschner trumpet - Heinz Lichius drums, Joe Berger guitar, Jon Hammond at the Hammond Sk1 organ - special thanks to Nicolai Ditsch for shooting our Panasonic camera - and then to Anaheim California, special inside Hammond Organ Hall of Fame presentation with the late great organist of Emerson Lake and Palmer / ELP - Keith Emerson - Keith brought along the actual hat from his mentor Captain Jack McDuff and then downstairs to the Hilton Lobby during the Winter NAMM Show for a showcase performance to packed audience of musicians - Jon Hammond Band featuring the father of funk on drums, Bernard Pretty Purdie with Koei Tanaka Suzuki Chromatic harmonica master, Joe Berger guitar, Jon Hammond is at the New Hammond B3 portable organ through a high power Leslie speaker model 3300 - thanks to Denny Mack and Brian English for the excellent audio - Keith Emerson then plays a unique arrangement of a Charlie Parker tune - and then back to Hamburg Auster Bar for Jon Hammond tune "No X-Cess Baggage Blues" with the Ndr horns, air time: 01:30 AM on 09/01 2018 Manhattan Neighborhood Network Channel 1 ©JON HAMMOND International
